Trading Terms & Conditions


The Personalised Gift Company have put together the following terms and conditions for trade customers.
The Personalised Gift Company reserves the right to withdraw any Products from sale at any time, we will notify all customers when this happens. We also reserve the right to refuse any order should we deem so. The Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, The Personalised Gift Company  will not be liable to you or a third party by reason of The Personalised Gift Company withdrawing any Product or refusing to process any order.


Pricing and VAT


Pricing excludes VAT


Standard Delivery and Special Delivery


We currently only deliver within the UK Mainland. If you want to deliver outside the UK please contact us by email and we will quote you a price.

If items are not delivered can you please ensure your customer has contacted their local sorting office before contacting us. We operate the same policy as  Royal Mail  in so far as we will only send a replacement out  after 15 Working Day from the expected despatch date.
Any orders that have been sold as Special Delivery must be received before 1 PM Monday to Thursday, these will be despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery the same day. We do offer  Saturday Special Delivery again these must be received before 1 PM on  Friday.


Returns Policy


We cannot accept returns on Personalised Gifts by the nature of the product so please be sure not to   make any mistakes and please ensure that your customers are also aware of this.

We will cut and paste the information you supply us in order to fulfil your order.  We often contact customers if something doesn't look "right" but the responsibility does lie with yourself and not us.

Should any purchase arrive damaged from transit , or does not arrive at all, then please contact us by email and we will follow up your enquiry.  You should also contact us if the item is faulty in any way or any mistakes have been made by ourselves. We would normally expect faulty or damaged goods to be returned before issuing a replacement although we offer the option of charging for the replacement faulty goods and refunding this additional charge on the receipt of the original.

We cannot refund the postage cost incurred in returning goods (unless faulty) and we would strongly suggest you consider recorded delivery or at the very least obtain a (FREE) proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that we don't receive.


Product Description and Images


The reproduction of colours and styles are as accurate as photographic and image processing will allow. The Personalised Gift Company does not accept responsibility for slight variations in colour and style. Every effort has been made to keep all product descriptions factual and The Personalised Gift Company maintain the right to change or alter any product description at any time.
All images taken by The Personalised Gift Company remain the Intellectual Property of The Personalised Gift Company and can only be used by third parties with the agreement of The Personalised Gift Company and strictly only in conjunction with orders which are fulfilled by The Personalised Gift Company. Third parties are strictly prohibited from using any images for personal use (without prior agreement) and never in conjunction with order fulfillment by another trade supplier


Liability


Unless otherwise agreed in writing, The Personalised Gift Company's maximum liability to you arising by reason of or in connection with the supply of the Products to you shall be limited to the amount paid by you in respect of the Products in question ("Payment Amount")

Privacy Policy


The Personalised Gift Company conforms to the Data Protection Act of 1998.

We require all communication to be by email as this ensures a proper trail of communication to avoid any problems.


Legal Requirements
We try our best to ensure all our photographic images and descriptions are as accurate as possible and that our prices relate to the products sold.  In the event of any mistake relating to the content of our website we reserve the right to cancel any purchase and refund the purchaser to the value of the funds we have received.
